Safety is our most important core value. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors, clients, partners and the public. After serving 20 years as a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, Kole returned to South Dakota with his family.

Kole said, “I was drawn to the construction industry because of its similarities to the military. The success of the unit isn’t the equipment or the resources it has, but rather the success lies with the people within the organization, and the achievements of the unit are dependent on their ability to work cohesively as a team.”
