This project included a 35-bed jail, sheriff’s administration and dispatch/communications. The single-story structure included: precast and steel structure with bar joist, masonry wall panel cells, security electronics, single-ply membrane low-slope roof with internal roof drains and reuse of existing geothermal heat pump system with supplemental heat. That facility included an emergency diesel generator. The project also included a basement under a portion of the administrative section.
