Willow Lake School Addition & Renovation
This project will be completed in three phases.
Phase 1 is a single-story addition including a commons/cafeteria, kitchen, FACS lab, science lab, shop, classrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, storage and mechanical room. Construction is a mix of precast concrete, CMU/brick masonry and steel stud framing. Phase 1 also includes a large playground area with fencing, play equipment and surfacing.
Phase 2 is a renovation of the existing kitchen, cafeteria/commons and FACS and science labs into the new music room and flex classrooms.
Phase 3 is a renovation of the existing band room into flex classrooms and remodeling the elementary restrooms.
